Many of these spots only take reservations via phone, and English support might be limited. Enter TRAVUT, your solution to seamless reservations. Skip the wait, book hassle-free, and enjoy your experiences to the fullest!

    1. Service Request Form

    2. Booking Confirmation

      We will promptly confirm the availability of your requested service.

    3. Case 1: Reservation Available

      Payment Request You will be asked to make a payment, which covers both the reservation deposit (required by the service provider) and the TRAVUT service fee.

      Confirmation Voucher Following successful payment, a confirmation voucher will be sent to you via email. This voucher will include a reservation number.

      Service Utilization On the scheduled service date, you can enjoy your reserved experience. The reservation deposit will be refunded to you on the day of the service when you use the reserved location. Please note that the reservation deposit is non-refundable in the event of a no-show.

    4. Case 2: Reservation Unavailable

      Receive your service confirmation voucher provided by email.

  • Important Notes and Additional Information
    • Reservation availability may vary for restaurants, shops, and classes.

    • A deposit may be required depending on the policies of the restaurant, shop, or class. In such cases, you will be charged both the deposit and TRAVUT’s handling charge, if applicable.

    • If you utilize the service at the reserved time, the deposit will be automatically refunded. However, no refund will be provided in the event of a no-show.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund is available if you cancel the booking at least 3 days before the tour date.
  • 50% refund is available if you cancel the booking 2 days before the tour date.
  • Booking is non-refundable if you cancel 1 day before or the day of your tour date.
